On the booking form, directly beneath the field where you enter your mobile number, there is a checkbox marked “Text me updates about this order”. Ticking it gives Sparkleberry Laundry permission to send SMS updates to that number. The box is not ticked for you, and ticking it is never required in order to book.
- What you get: updates about your own orders only: pickup confirmation, when washing begins, when your order is on the way back, and delivery (with a delivery photo). You can also text us first, and we will reply: text STATUS to hear where your laundry is, or SCHEDULE to book a collection, which takes two more replies and tells you the price before anything is charged. We never send marketing by text.
- How often: message frequency varies, typically about 4 to 6 messages per order.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message at any time. Opting out of texts does not affect your order or your emails.

Wash and fold is priced by the bag. Use whatever container you like. We measure it against our standard 13-gallon bag. Pickup and delivery are included and there is no service fee on top. We collect Monday to Saturday, picked up by noon and delivered back by 8:00pm the next day. Saturday pickups are delivered Monday.

Wash and fold is $49.99 per 13-gallon bag, our standard pricing unit. You fill whatever you use, a bag, hamper, or tote, and we measure it against that standard. One bag is the minimum. Are there any extra fees?
No hidden fees. Your scent of choice, hangers, and pickup and delivery are included on every order, at no extra cost. Priority, Sunshine Dry and Dry Cleaning Concierge are optional upgrades you choose yourself while booking, never added afterward.
When will my laundry come back?
Next-day delivery is our promise. We collect by noon and have it back to you by 8:00pm the next day. Saturday pickups come back Monday, since we're closed Sundays.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. Put your bags by your front door before 8:00am, or anywhere you tell us to look, and we do the rest. Collection and return are both contactless.
Who washes my laundry?
Sparkleberry is woman owned and operated. Only women wash and fold your laundry: Tiffany, the owner, and her daughters.
